pocketvault.io is operated by Nevalence. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
30-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, whether you bought a subscription or a one-time scan pack. After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law (for example, statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction).
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals. If you cancel within 30 days of the most recent charge, email us and we will refund that charge in full. Mid-cycle plan changes are prorated automatically.
One-time scan packs
Scan packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase for any reason, as long as fewer than half the scans in the pack have been used. After that point we refund unused scans on a pro-rated basis at our discretion.
How to request a refund
Email support@pocketvault.io from the address on your account with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Stripe, our payment processor, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can almost always resolve issues faster directly.
