Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Nevalence ("Nevalence", "we", "us"), the legal entity operating pocketvault.io ("Service"). "pocketvault.io" is a trading name of Nevalence.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be 13 or older to use the Service.

2. The Service

pocketvault.io provides AI-generated estimates of trading card grades, defect locations, market value, and submission recommendations. The Service is informational. Grades are predictions and are not affiliated with or endorsed by PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or any official grading service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. One person per account.

4. Subscriptions, one-time purchases and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings. Mid-cycle plan changes are prorated. One-time scan packs do not expire. Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. All refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not upload images you do not own or have rights to.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the AI outputs in bulk.
• Do not use the Service to commit fraud — including misrepresenting an AI grade as an official grade.
• Do not interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (probing, malware, abuse).

6. Disputes and regrades

Pro subscribers may dispute any grade. Reviewer decisions are final.

7. Intellectual property

Nevalence retains all rights in the Service, including software, models, and branding. You retain ownership of your uploaded images and grant Nevalence a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display them in your account, and to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AI GRADE ACCURACY OR MARKET VALUE ESTIMATES.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevalence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
